scrnly - a cross-platform screenshot and screen-recording tool with annotation, a video editor, and sharex-compatible uploads

scrnly is a screenshot and screen-recording app along the lines of Flameshot, still in progress. It's a Rust and Tauri workspace with a React frontend. You can capture a region and mark it up with rectangles, arrows, blur or freehand, record the screen to MP4, WebM or GIF, and edit recordings with time-ranged annotations. Uploads are ShareX-compatible and go to Imgur or Gyazo. It has global hotkeys and a tray icon, and one binary works as the GUI and as a CLI (scrnly capture, scrnly record). The site at scrnly.xyz handles the landing page, accounts, billing and update endpoint.
